2nd It has a dust cover.
3rd Has post-it notes used as reference marks when I read it.

It you like Houdini “The Debunker” then you will love this book. It is written in days of old style in reference to the 2017 era. But for it's time, this book informs and shows why Houdini was the master in this space and time in history. Even has a picture of his wife Bess too.
I, Harry Regician, personally read this book from cover to cover too. The post it notes were personally inserted by me too. Reading this book helped me understand why I and SO many people still find Houdini truly one fascinating person. Worth passing along to someone too after you have read it.
Some other notes:
Houdini spent the last half of his life debunking Spiritualism. Sir Arthur Doyle, dba Sherlock Holmes, was a true believer in Spiritualism. To me this book was the basis for the TV series “Houdini and Doyle“ which did not last a full season on the FOX network.
My favorite chapter is # 15: Magicians as Detectors of Fraud.
Maybe some detectives should use magicians as consultants from time to time in trying to solve cases. After all, at one time, Chicago IL had more magic shops than any other city in the United States back in 1981.
This book is also the inspiration for the poster "Do Spirits Return"
