1985 & 1989 Chicago White Sox media guides.
What is important to understand is that media guides were designed for sports announcers. This is how sports announcers know so much about the players. Do understand that baseball is the MOST statically Analyzed sport there is.
Over 90% are not copyrighted and their sole purpose is for the media industry.
Each players has a small write up.
Sometimes a player gets a whole page.
Most of the time it is 2 players per page.
My favorite picture is the Radio Shack model 100 laptop computer.
They 1st came out around 1984 to the USA market. I personally owned a model 100.
It was VERY much ahead of it's time. If there ever was a company who blew it in personal computer market it was Radio Shack.
